Public Notice & Clarification

Dear Clients, Investors, and Stakeholders,

We refer to our earlier announcement dated 5 August 2025 and to Labuan FSA’s recent press statement concerning the above-mentioned MOU.

Unauthorised involvement of a former director

Subsequent internal review confirms that the MOU-signing ceremony was organised solely by a then-serving director of MPV, who at the time was an executive director of MPV Capitals Ltd., acting without Board mandate. The event and any representations made there:

  • were not authorised by, nor presented to, MPV’s Board of Directors for approval; and
  • did not, and do not, form part of MPV’s i-Asset Trust programme or any credit-token activity regulated by Labuan FSA.

Immediate governance action

To preserve corporate integrity and protect stakeholders, the Board resolved on 6 August 2025 to:

  1. Remove the Director Concerned from all directorships and management positions within MPV Capitals Ltd. with immediate effect; and
  2. Notify the Labuan FSA Companies Registry and all counterparties of this change.

Status of i-Asset Trust and credit-token operations

MPV Capitals Ltd. remains fully licensed and regulated by Labuan FSA. The i-Asset Trust programme continues to operate strictly within the parameters of the Guidelines on Credit-Token Business. The IDC–Eramas MOU has no bearing whatsoever on our products, clients, or regulatory standing.

Ongoing transparency

We will:

* Publish only board-approved communications on our official channels;

* Continue to segregate client monies in trust accounts; and

* Provide quarterly compliance updates to Labuan FSA and investors.
