Izmet Iskandar Bin Mohd Ramli

Chairman of Shariah Division & Chief Operating Officer

Izmet started his career as an external auditor, gaining experience with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He served as Senior Executive of Group Finance at RHB Capital, Director of Corporate Finance, and CFO of Persoft Systems. Izmet also worked in government, notably as Associate Director of TERAJU. As the Managing Director of Flagship Strategies, he provided consultancy in debt financing, equity funding, and mergers & acquisitions.

Since late 2019, Izmet has been the local partner for YCP Solidiance in Malaysia, facilitating deals with investors from Japan and Southeast Asia. Currently, he is a director at Fine Today Malaysia, Wezmart International, and Ntech Capital Management, focusing on operational setup, business development, fundraising, and mergers & acquisitions.

Vivian Lau

Chief Financial Officer & Director

Vivian began her career with KPMG Malaysia and KPMG Singapore as an auditor. She later became the Financial Controller for Setia EcoPark Development-Bandar Eco-Setia Sdn. Bhd., a joint venture of SP Setia, EPF, and Great Eastern. Vivian also served as the accountant for notable projects under SP Setia, including Duta Nusantara, Duta Tropical, and Setia Pearl Island.

Currently, she holds the position of Executive Director at Bangi Utama Sdn. Bhd. and serves as the Finance Director at LSVS Consultancy Sdn. Bhd.

Roger Chin Chew Choy

Chief Strategy Officer & Director

Roger Chin brings over 25 years of financial services expertise, specializing in consumer, corporate, and Islamic banking. His career started at Standard Chartered Bank in 1993, followed by senior roles at Citibank, GE Capital, Hong Leong Bank, and Kuwait Finance House.

In 2020, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer at the Malaysian Timber Council (MTC), focusing on finance, investment, administration, human capital, and legal matters. Before MTC, Roger served as Executive Director at Advance Information Marketing Bhd. since January 2018.

Azrin Sabirin

President, Shariah Division

Azrin, with operations experience gained from 1999 to 2002, co-founded Wasiyyah Shoppe Sdn Bhd in 2004

Under his leadership, Wasiyyah Shoppe obtained a trust company license in 2018. Azrin is a sought-after panelist and speaker, raising awareness on Shariah estate planning. Currently, he advises Hans Legasi Resources Sdn Bhd, focusing on practical Shariah estate management and planning.
